My training in spirituality and religion began early in my life, as my parents indoctrinated me in the belief of a connection with angels, spirits and Catholicism. Many exceptional events led me to believe that
we are not alone in the Universe and that
I could put my faith into something larger than myself.
As a young adult I attended many workshops and lectures on subjects related to metaphysics, healing with light, chakra work, spirituality and psychology. I spent many years studying unique healing techniques and became an avid reader of any material relating to
spiritual growth and healing.
I was first introduced to psychotherapy as a teenager.
Therapy helped me so much that I understood the value of Psychology to guide me through difficult times and help me during my transitions and growth.
I became so fascinated by how much more clearly I could see things and how much easier I could heal my emotional wounds that
I decided to return the favor.
I completed my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in San Diego and I am currently finishing my dissertation for the
Doctorate program in Clinical Psychology in Encinitas.
I continued with extensive training in diverse healing methods such as EMDR, Art and Sand Tray Therapy and Self-Hypnosis.
In addition I studied holistic and spiritual approaches such as
Energy Psychology, EFT, Chakra and Prana healing,
Meditation, Music, and more. My knowledge, intuition and spritual connection with the Universe allows me to provide a more profound and transformational healing experience.
My clients describe this therapy as deeper, quicker, yet more subtle.
My goal is to see you grow into bliss and love,
to share my experience, wisdom, intuition, and knowledge,
and guide you in finding your inner light and gifts.
My intention is to support you in your transitions,
guide you through your challenges,
and show you ways to heal yourself.
