Cognitive Behavioral 

CBT is used for brief and time-limited therapy and focuses on modifying thoughts or beliefs to affect our behavior and vice versa.

Also called experiential, it focuses on the here-and-now, integrating parts of the personality, and accepting responsibility.

Its focus is on experiencing interconnectedness with others, spirit and nature.
